Machines

Our investment in advanced CNC machinery enables one-hit machining and efficient production for small to high-volume runs.

Biglia B465 T2Y2 Turning Centre
A twin turret, twin spindle machine with 4-axis turning and 24 driven tools. Bar capacity: 20 mm to 80 mm diameter / 200 mm length. Fitted with LNS Quick Load Servo 80 S2 bar feeder for uninterrupted operation.

Citizen L32-XII 9-Axis CNC Sliding Headstock Turning Centre
Modular machine with B-axis, back tool post, and X/Y/Z control. Supports up to 40 tools. Capacity: 6 mm to 32 mm diameter / 100 mm length.

Dugard 42 iTTU 9-Axis CNC Turning Centre
Dual spindles, sub-spindle X/Y/Z, 12 motorised tools and B-axis milling for complex part production. Capacity: 12 mm to 42 mm diameter / 150 mm length.
