Environmental Policy

Mintdale Engineering recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to conducting its operations responsibly, sustainably, and in full compliance with all relevant legislation and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.

We are proud to have achieved certification to ISO 14001:2015, demonstrating our commitment to environmental management and continual improvement.

Our Environmental Objectives

Mintdale aims to meet and, where possible, exceed all applicable environmental standards through ongoing assessment, training, and investment. Our core environmental commitments include:

  • Regularly reviewing and updating environmental objectives and targets.

  • Training employees in environmental awareness and best practices.

  • Minimising material, energy, and waste generation wherever practicable.

  • Promoting the use of recyclable and renewable materials.

  • Reducing emissions and pollutants to land, air, and water.

  • Controlling noise emissions from our operations.

  • Minimising risks to employees, the public, and the wider environment.

We communicate this policy to all employees, suppliers, and subcontractors, and make it publicly available to reinforce our shared responsibility for environmental protection.

Sustainable Energy

As part of our long-term commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, Mintdale uses 360 rooftop solar panels to generate renewable energy for our facility. This significantly offsets our energy usage and supports our goal of operating with greater environmental responsibility.
