Biglia B465 T2Y2 Turning Centre 

The Biglia B465 T2Y2 is a turning centre that has machining capabilities for automatic and simultaneous machining on both sides of any workpiece for bars up to 80 mm, it has 2 turrets using 4-axis turning using both turrets on main spindle for simultaneous operation with a total of 24 driven tools.  This machine allows Mintdale to significantly increase its production capacity, it is coupled to an LNS Quick Load Servo 80 S2 bar feeder, parts unloading is performed in idle time to give reduction of non-productive times and higher productivity.  Capacity wise it has a minimum diameter / hexagon of 20mm, a maximum diameter / hexagon of 80mm and maximum length of 200mm. 

Citizen L32-XII 9 AXIS CNC Sliding Headstock Turning Centre 

Next generation L32 modular design high-end machine equipped with B axis and back tool post, X,Y and Z axis, a wide range of modular tooling ensures that the new L32 is both versatile and flexible, it offers variable-lot machining of diverse workplace shapes and sizes.  Up to 40 tools can be mounted at any one time supported by a very high level of control features, stable, powerful, and highly productive with versatility of modular design.  Capacity wise it has a minimum diameter / hexagon of 6mm, a maximum diameter / hexagon of 32mm and maximum length of 100mm. 

9 AXIS CNC MACHINE – DUGARD 42 iTTU Turning Centre  

An innovative and outstanding automatic lathe.  The 42iTTU has been designed with 9 axes and 2 spindles which includes a sub spindle with X,Y and Z positioning, it also has driven tools and the option of a powerful B axis milling for simultaneous and efficient machining, this means the tools application becomes faster and more flexible for complicated part production.  The milling head comprises of 12 motorised tools for 360° continuous leads for even greater flexible tool arrangement and significantly efficient production for small and medium lot sizes.  Capacity wise it has a minimum diameter / hexagon of 12mm, a maximum diameter / hexagon of 42mm and maximum length of 150mm.
